Can I download the encoded versions of our uploaded video files?

We have a fee-based recovery file service for original files which transfers all original files into a dedicated FTP account, which is a great service if you have lost files and need to recover the originals.  We can move all your files to a dedicated FTP Server and grant you 30 day access for download. 

However, the encoded versions are encrypted for use with the Lightcast OVP only, stored on the CDN with our proprietary encryption and cannot be transferred to the FTP account.
