Can I get purchased Video Minutes refunded?

Unfortunately a refund of Video Minutes is not possible due to a variety of reasons:

1. Our system doesn't allow it due to already paid credit card transaction fees.
2. The purchased minutes have already been used in the meantime (partially or completely) and a refund with the deduction of the purchased video minutes would possibly draw the account into a negative balance, resulting in a deactivation of channels and media.
