Can I hold Lightcast.com responsible for my apps and channels being denied, taken down or banned from specific app stores?

According to our terms of service, Lightcast cannot be held responsible for the approval or denial of apps. Lightcast.com is merely the developer of the apps and will do everything possible to get an app approved. However, the consideration of apps for specific apps stores are all at the discretion of the platform and their review management. The main factor in the decision making process of most app stores is the content, an area entirely outside of Lightcast's sphere of influence.
