Can I use a different credit card for a single payment of my current service subscription?
Yes, you can update your credit card information at any time within your Lightcast Media Cloud account. First click your profile name in the upper right hand corner of your Media Cloud and click “My Subscriptions”. Here look for the subscription you would like to change the payment information for and click the little pencil icon next to "credit card". This will open up a window to input your new credit card information. Click “Change” when done.
Please note that your updated credit card will be used for all payments of this subscription moving forward unless you change the card again. If you wish to only make a single payment with the updated card, make sure to change the credit card saved with your service subscription again after that single payment went through.
You can change your credit card any time and as often as you like.
