Can I use the Lightcast Ad Server to restrict certain ad types in order to keep ads on my apps family friendly?
Yes, the Lightcast Ad Server can be used to prevent certain types of ads to run on your mobile apps, TV apps and web players. I you are using the Lightcast Ad Serving Service for your ad monetization and to serve pre-/mid-/post-roll video ads on your publishing properties, we can program the ad server to exclude ads of specific nature, including:
- adult drugs
- explicit sexual acts or nudity
- alcoholic beverages
- display of explicit violence (including trailers for horror movies and similar)
- content with violent graphics
These are some of the ad types which can be blocked by our ad-server.
