Can we change a PPV live event to free access during an ongoing PPV event?

Offering free access DURING an ongoing PPV live event (“hot swap”) for e.g. the last day of the event is possible if the change is scheduled to happen during business hours and we know about the desired change and the date you want to have the price changed to free access at least 7 days in advance.

Please keep in mind that a change to free access during a PPV live event could lead to an increasing number of charge-backs or disgruntled full-paying PPV customers who feel cheated because of the price change.
