Can we export the data of subscribers?

Yes, you can export the data as CSV file any time.

1. Login to your www.crosstribution.com account with your Lightcast account credentials and switch to either "easypay invoices" or "easypay subscriptions", depending on the information you need. 

2. Use any of the filters before you export the data and click on "Update". 

3. Scroll down and click on the "Export CSV" button. 

Due to the limited space on the easypay invoices and easypay subscription page, we don't display all subscriber information, such as phone number and address. However, when you export the subscriber data with the CSV Export feature, a few more subscriber data, such as phone number, address, city, country etc. are available. You can export the subscriber data as CSV file and import it to any CRM, mailing list service or database.
