If you would like to target the majority of countries or cities while just a few once should be excluded, please send us a list of countries or cities that you would like to exclude.  Please keep in mind that there is a standard error margin of up to 5% which always exists with any type of targeting. Some devices and players are able to execute IP range restrictions more accurate than others.
