Do the video minutes of my service package roll over into the next month?
Package-Minutes (included in your subscription) are credited concurrently with each monthly payment or annual payment and expire with each payment cycle. With monthly payments the monthly package-minutes expire with the next monthly payment and are being replaced with the new monthly package-minute credit. With annual payment the annual package-minutes expire with the next annual payment and are being replaced with the new annual package-minute credit.
Purchased eternal-minutes remain untouched in the account balance. They never expire - even across the extension of subscriptions over multiple years or decades.
