Do we need to provide a player for integration within ConnectedTV Apps?

You don't need to provide a player for your ConnectedTV Apps (Roku, GoogleTV/AndroidTV, FireTV, etc.). The OTT/ConnectedTV platforms all have their own players. We will take care of programming your ConnectedTV apps with full integration and delivery of all your media channels (VOD, LIVE, Audio) according to each platform’s requirements.

If you have an active Lightcast Service Package with us, an embeddable player is included for each VOD, LIVE and Audio Channel. Our players can be customized and embedded on various platforms such as, but not limited to your own websites, social sites, Mobile Media Apps, etc.
