Does Lightcast deduct video minutes for videos published on YouTube?

No, YouTube is responsible for the bandwidth used by their media player. Lightcast only charges for the pulling and pushing of the transcoded video file from our CDN to YouTube, which results in two continuous viewers. Aside from this, there are no other charges for multi-platform transcoding of video files.
