How can I cancel my recurring donation?

Lightcast EasyPay makes it very easy to cancel recurring donations. You can cancel it anytime via your Lightast.com EasyPay account. You should have received the Username and Password via email once you registered with Lightcast EasyPay. When logged in, click on "Invoices" from the top menu. Under invoices you will find all your recurring EasyPay donations (= EasyPay subscriptions), as well as your invoices. On the right side of your EasyPay donation subscription, you will find a link called "cancel". When you click it, you will be asked to confirm your cancelation.

If the status was changed to "canceled", your recurring donation has been successfully canceled.
