How can I get an audio file created from our video file?

Audio files are created automatically through Lightcast's Premium Transcoding service from each video upload.  An iTunes Audio Podcast Channel is part of larger packages and the auto-created audio files are automatically published to the iTunes Audio Podcast Channel.
