How do I recover the original files I uploaded to the Media Cloud?

Lightcast has a fee-based Recovery File Service for original files which transfers all original files into a dedicated FTP account, which is a great service if one has lost files and need to recover the originals.  We can move all your files to a dedicated FTP Server and grant you 30 day access for download.
