How do we receive full ownership of our Apps developed by Lightcast?

Apps with sponsorships remain the property of Lightcast.com. Sponsored Apps mean that you are not paying for the Apps upfront or through a monthly lease-fee. Until purchased, the ownership remains with the entity which paid for it, which is  Lightcast.com.

Unlike many other TV and Mobile App Developers,  Lightcast.com offers a buy-out option even for sponsored, Lightcast SDK-based TV Apps, once the initial contract period has been fulfilled. Along with the buyout all apps would be published in your own Developer Accounts with each App Store/Device Platform so you have direct access to the app package and assurance that it is yours to keep.

This of course has no impact on your ownership over all your content and graphics published within the Apps or your exclusive right to publish within the Apps and monetize your viewership.
