How quickly are recorded files available for download or LIVE-to-VOD processing after a live-streaming event?

Recorded files are available almost instantly after a scheduled live event has ended and the stream from the encoder has been stopped. 

That said, we are advising customers to allow for up to 30 minutes as in some exceptional cases, the file-check and compiling can take longer than a few minutes. 

Such exception cases in which the compiling of the recorded file on the CDN takes a little longer can result from issues with the stream transmission which affects a recorded file. According to our standards we try to ensure that files are ready for VOD transcoding and distribution to the maximum abilities. This can take a few minutes. Under normal circumstances this actually only takes minutes.
