      I have highly critical linear streams and live-events which I cannot afford to go offline. What can I do in order to protect my streams?

      We recommend following:

      3. Make sure your payment details inside your Lightcast Media Cloud account (under “Billing”) are correct, valid, up-to-date and your card on file has sufficient credit to process the recurring payments instantly. Your monthly (or annual) anniversary date always remains the same, allowing you to prepare ahead and check on the validity and funding of your card on file.
