I have uploaded a large batch of video files. Why are some of them still in encoding?
Large batch uploads of videos can take longer to encode. You will see the first videos encoded very quickly, while others may still be in the queue to be processed. Depending on the amount of files and their average file-size it can take longer than usual until the very last file of the batch has been encoded.
We recommend to break up your uploads in multiple batches rather than sending them all at once. This will help speed up the encoding process.
