I purchased too many Video Minutes. Can Lightcast “buy them back”?

Yes, on certain conditions and on a case-by-case basis. The buy-back program of excessively purchased Video Minutes requires an official application, review and approval. Lightcast does not guarantee to buy back Video Minutes. Excluded from the buy-back program are Video Minutes purchased in combination with match grants or other sponsored Video Minutes contributed by Lightcast within a calendar year, as we cannot pay our clients for sponsored Video Minutes we sponsored them with.

Video Minutes purchases during a calendar year without sponsored minutes, can be sold back to Lightcast on a case-by-case basis, within 6 months of the date of purchase. The buy-back program is designed for large amounts of unused VM in excess of 3 Million VM or more and can be applied for one time per calendar year.
