I signed up for a TV App subscription. How can I unlink my device and link a new one to my existing subscription?
Along with your TV App subscription you've received a Lightcast EasyPay account. Lightcast EasyPay is the payment processing provider for your subscription. To login to your Lightcast EasyPay account, open the registration page you've used to sign up for the subscription, and click on “Subscriber Login” on the top right corner. If you don’t know your password anymore, please click on “Forgot Password”. A new password will be sent to the email address used to sign up for the subscription service. Please also check your spam folder.
Once logged in, you should see a page with a list of all your purchased subscriptions, along with an option to unlink your devices. Choose this option if you would like to connect your existing subscription to a different SetTop Box. E.g. if you would like to connect your subscription with a newer SetTop Box model.
Please keep in mind that the unlink option to unlink and link a new SetTop Box is only displayed when a device is actually linked to your subscription.
