I wasn't aware of the automatic renewal of my contract. I'm not using my Lightcast package. What can I do?
Just like with any other SaaS (Software as a Service) service, such as telecom, mobile or utility providers, and in order to ensure continuity and to protect our clients media assets without loss of viewership, renewals solidify 30 days prior to anniversary dates.
The renewal date of your service subscription is stated in your Service Subscription Agreement located in your Media Cloud account under "My Service Package":


That said, if you wish to cancel your package prematurely, please contact customercare@lightcast.com. Early terminations for service subscriptions with monthly payment option may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but in any case requires the payment of the full remaining balance (remaining months of service) with the deduction of a 25% early termination discount. Annual payments are non-refundable.
