Inactive content won't be returned by the API, as the API only returns active media content. Its purpose is to allow clients to build a dynamic system for displaying their media content, therefore inactive content won't be included in the API.  **How to turn a Channel from inactive to active** In your Lightcast Media Cloud account go to "Channels" in the left-hand menu and search for the Channel you would like to activate again. Then click on the "inactive" status within the "Status" column. This will turn the Channel "active" again.  **How to turn a video/audio file from inactive to active** In your Lightcast Media Cloud account go to "Media" in the left-hand menu and select either "Video Archive" or "Audio Archive". Then search for the video or audio file you would like to activate again and click on the "inactive" status within the "Status" column.
