There are basically two categories/advertising areas: public areas and inside channels. At this time Roku hand-picks advertisers. All advertising on Roku (in public areas outside the channels) is currently "upon invitation only". Video and display advertising inside channels is controlled by the channel publishers. We have a special advertising package which places your commercials as pre-roll and post-roll videos on other Roku Channels.
