Is Lightcast's SVOD service an account based or device based subscription?

Lightcast's SVOD service "Lightcast EasyPay" is a “Multi-Platform Subscription System” which allows viewers to purchase the subscription only once through their Lightcast EasyPay account and access their subscription on multiple devices such as Roku, FireTV, AndroidTV, AppleTV, mobile apps and the web player with their Lightcast EasyPay Username and Password without having to pay multiple times – provided Lightcast EasyPay is built into Roku, FireTV, AndroidTV, AppleTV, mobile apps and the web player.

Some ConnectedTV platforms, such as Roku, might require the implementation of their in-app purchase system in addition to a third-party multi-platform subscription system. Viewers who sign up via the in-app purchase system of the platform instead of signing up via "Lightcast EasyPay" can only watch the content on that specific platform/device. They will have to sign up and pay the subscription fee again if they would like to watch the content on other apps/devices.
