Is there a limit on YouTube for the duration of a live stream?

There is no duration limit for streaming a LIVE Event to YouTube. The only limitation is for the LIVE Stream recording on YouTube itself. When you live stream, a public single archive will be generated up to 12 hours. You have the option to check "Make archive private" in the Stream Options tab inside your YouTube Account.
