Lightcast created a Facebook Page for me. Does Lightcast also troubleshoot, optimize or administrate my Facebook Page for free ongoingly?

If Lightcast built you a Facebook Page then this means that you are a personal friend, an organization Lightcast supports and you have been a customer for well over 5 years. You are a true stakeholder of Lightcast, a first-mover and an early adopter in the social media and media streaming space. While Lightcast does not offer the service of setting up Facebook pages, Lightcast did assist select not-for-profits, early adopters and friends in setting up a Facebook page between 2009 and 2015. However, even for those select long-term Clients, Lightcast does not offer the service to manage, administrate or optimize Social Media Accounts on an ongoing basis.

All media publishing is initiated and managed by our customers via the Lightcast Media Cloud, and all of our customers are responsible for their social media channels, marketing and administration internally within their team, or through their vendors such as marketing and social media agencies.
