My package includes additional publishing properties. How do I receive them?

Please inquire for each publishing property via your Lightcast Media Cloud account whenever you are ready to use it. Simply click on “Inquire” for the desired property in your “Platforms” area of your Lightcast Media Cloud.

platforms (2) Customer Care will respond letting you know whether or not an inquired property is included in your Service Package and clarify all necessary items with you, such as Channel ID and other information our Production department might need, in order to develop the requested property.

Please note that the standard versions of publishing properties included in selected Service Packages are subject to a specific layout and scope of functionality. Further extensions may be possible on request, but subject to development costs.
