The Countdown to my next live event is not displayed. What’s the reason?

Please make sure you have created a LIVE Event in your Lightcast “Live Channel Event Manager” with the correct time and timezone settings.

Make sure to empty your computer’s cache, or allow for an hour or two so your computer can “catch” the new count-down.
