We scheduled live events for our 24/7 Channel. Can we record the live event with the LIVE-to-VOD feature?

Live events schedule with the 24/7 Scheduler become part of the continuous 24/7 stream, which is a linear stream without beginning and end. It is not possible to record a continuous stream without beginning and end. 

While you can feed a stream from your live-encoder into the 24/7 schedule, it is played out with the entire program as a linear stream, and no longer an individual event, but now part of the continuous, linear stream. 

In order to record live events sent from your encoder, you can schedule the same live event in one of your LIVE Event Channels (make sure it is enabled for LIVE-to-VOD recording), and enter the Stream Key of that LIVE Event Channel into your encoder settings along with the Stream Key of the 24/7 Channel so the live stream is sent to the 24/7 Channel and to the LIVE Event Channel at the same time. That way, your Live Event Channel records your event, if that is how you set it up.
