What happens if a video is not in a Sub Channel?

When a video is assigned to a VOD Channel which has Sub Channels, but the video is not assigned to any of the Sub Channels, the video won't be displayed in the VOD Channel at all.

Once a VOD Channel is sub-divided by Sub Channels, all videos should be assigned to a Sub Channel.
