What happens to the subscription if payment fails?
Subscription payments are charged to the credit card on file on the same day every month (for monthly payment) or every year (for annual payment). If payment fails for any reason, such as a block on the credit card, lack of available credit line, or expired credit card) a 4-day grace period gives enough time to proactively resolve issues with the card on file before access to the subscription-based content is denied. During this 4-day grace period access to content is still available.
If payment remains overdue for more than 4-days, subscription will be set to inactive and will automatically become active again once a payment has been made.
