When does the VOD-to-LIVE loop re-starts from top?

VOD-to-LIVE Playlists are reloaded from the top every 24 hours (to be exact they re-start at 00:00). Newly uploaded videos as well as other changes to the playlist will be part of the VOD-to-LIVE playlist the following day, provided changes in the playlist are done latest at 23:50 EST.
