When I publish my video to YouTube, a different video thumbnail appears than the one I selected. Why is that?
The reason why YouTube displays a different thumbnail than the one selected by you via your Lightcast account is that YouTube ignores the thumbnail selection. Instead, YouTube automatically selects their own thumbnails for videos. Lightcast sends the video to YouTube and YouTube selects the thumbnail.
