Why is that? In certain cases, Facebook randomly chooses to display the video thumbnail or not. They don't disclose when they choose to display the thumbnail or not, so it is hard to tell under which circumstances Facebook displays the thumbnail of a video. We recommend trying to share the same video multiple times.
