Where can I find my LIVE-to-VOD recordings?
Once the live stream has ended, your live recording will be available for download and/or LIVE-to-VOD processing almost instantly after a scheduled live event has ended and the stream from the encoder has been stopped. Depending on the duration of recorded live-events it may take a few minutes for recordings to become available for download and/or LIVE-to-VOD processing during peaks, but should never take longer than 30 minutes to become available.
Please note that you need to enter your desired metadata and send recorded live-streams through transcoding in order to output the 12 renditions and file formats needed for multi-platform publishing of your live-stream recordings as true on-demand videos.
You will find your live recordings when clicking "Media" and "Live Recordings" in the left-hand menu. Click on a live recording from the list of recordings and add a title and description, choose if you would like to manually trim the recording or if you would like to transcode the entire recording without trimming, choose a Channel you would like the recorded video to be assigned to and click on SAVE to start the transcoding process of the recording.
