      Where do I see viewing stats for video ads?

       

      You can see viewing stats for video ads "at the source". If your Lightcast Account is the source of video ads because you are using dedicated VOD Channels as source “buckets” and the Lightcast Ad Serving System, then the viewing statistics / analytics show up in the Media Stats Center under the respective VOD Channels. 

      If you are integrating video ads from external ad networks, then the viewing stats should be provided by the ad network.

      If Lightcast’s Development Service set up external ad networks for you, please inquire with CustomerCare@Lightcast.com on reports. 

      If you have direct relationships with ad networks and only provided tags/feeds (such as VAST) to Lightcast’s Developers for integration in players and apps, please contact your ad networks directly for access to stats reports.
