Which date is displayed for media files in a Podcast?
Per default the file upload date is shown for each media file in a Podcast.
If you would like to change it to the publishing date*, please contact customercare@lightcast.com .
Please keep in mind that changing the date for media files will effect the file order in the Podcast.
Please read more about the sorting of files in a Podcast.
*Publishing Date will be displayed in EST timezone (UTC - 5). E.g. If a video has a publishing date of Friday, February 7th 00:00:00, then the Podcast platforms will display the date as "7th of February", even if in Chicago (UTC -6) it would be still the 6th of February (Thu, 06 Feb 2020 23:00:00).
