Who is responsible for paying license fees when broadcasting music to our publishing properties?

The publisher (Lightcast Client) is always responsible for the content he/she uploads and delivers. This might involve paying license fees for music, photos or video content, or any other license fees. 

Lightcast.com is only the delivering CDN and does not take any responsibility nor pays license fees for content uploaded and delivered by its clients (publishers).
