Why are my Apple TV and iOS mobile apps not in the App Store anymore?
There could be various reasons why your Apple Apps aren’t available in the App Stores anymore. A recommended place to start any investigation is by logging in to your Apple Developer Account and see if you received any notifications from Apple, or check your email address which is connected with your Apple Developer Account. They might have sent you an email about any issues with your App(s) or your Developer Account.
One of the most likely reasons is an expired Apple Developer Membership. If that is the case, you should have received an email from Apple about your Apple Developer Membership prior to it’s expiration. An expired membership will cause your Apps to be unavailable in the App Store. If your Apple Developer Membership has expired, we recommend that you renew your Apple Membership as soon as possible by logging in to your Apple Developer Account.
To avoid this inconvenience in the future we recommend you choose to auto-charge your credit card so the Annual Membership fee is deducted automatically.
Once you have renewed your Apple Developer Membership, Apple states that your Apps will be back online in the App Store within 24 hours. You can also find more information here: https://developer.apple.com/support/renewal .
Lightcast does not receive any Apple emails about expired memberships. Only the account holder receives those emails.
