Why can I not connect a trial account to my Facebook Account to test auto-publishing of live-streams?

The connection between the Media Cloud and Social Networks utilizes the APIs of the Social Networks. For security reasons, temporary trial accounts, which are not under an official contract with us, thus not having accepted the publisher terms yet, cannot be connected to Facebook Accounts for auto-publishing of contents from a trial account to a public Facebook Account.
