Why can I only pay out the donations older than 30 days?

The reason why incoming donations from your donation partners can be paid out only 30 days later is because of the time frame within credit card payers receive their credit card statements in order to detect non-authorized charges. We are obligated to give every donor the opportunity to request a refund for un-authorized charges to their credit cards, after having received their credit card statements.
