Why do I have to keep a credit card on file?

1. For your monthly or annual payment of your Service Package: our system is fully automated and extends channels, storage, bandwidth with every monthly or annual payment, thus, it is imperative that it always arrives timely each month or year. Manual transfers bear all kinds of risks delays. Risks involved for the customer, not for the vendor. While manual bank transfers are at least slightly better than manual paper check payments via mail, they still bear of delays by the sender and banks involved. Checks are the riskiest of all, as they also carry the risks of mail losses, mail delays, destruction the paper, legibility of handwriting, delays in sending the check, delays in receiving the check, delays and errors by banks in processing and depositing the funds to the correct account.

2. Convenient, easy and instant purchases of bandwidth, storage, transcoding, or other add-ons in your account for which you need a credit card on file.

3. The Overdraft Protection function of your account requires a credit card on file.
