You need an active Account with us with all OVP Services, including uploaders, media management system, transcoding, storage, channels, players, graphics uploaders, app builder, metadata management - all from day 1, so that you can immediately start uploading and providing the graphics and details our developers need in order to develop your apps. This means, all our services need to be fully up and running and active for you from day 1. Likewise, our developers need your account to be fully active as they need to retrieve your metadata, images, video files, navigation structure, in order to be able to build and submit apps for you. In the same way the App Stores need all your Lightcast Services active in order to review your app, stream it from our CDN, load your graphics and contents. Therefore, your full Service Package needs to be active from day 1 during the time of the build, and therefore needs to be activated upon e-signing the Service Agreement. Don’t forget that you can use all OVP & CDN Services from the time you e-sign the Service Agreement, uploading, transcoding, managing media contents, setting up live-streams and events, channels and navigation structures, embed the web players on your websites, stream and publish to social media, delivery contents to viewers on your websites and social sites via the CDN, using delivery bandwidth, and that you have instant access to all OVP features part of your Service Package.
