Why do the app links under "Apps" link to a page on Lightcast and not to the App Store?

The reasons the app link goes to a Lightcast preview page is because it allows the viewer to: 

1. Read about the App
2. Install it with a single click to their devices
3. Discover other Apps from the same publisher. It is likely that users have more than one device and are happy to find out about the existence of the App in other App Stores and the ability to install them to different devices with a single click. This advantage would be lost linking to an app in an app store.
