Why do we see higher views on days following a live-event?

For two reasons:

1. Your live events can inspire viewers to come back and watch more of your on-demand content on the days following  a live-event. They may also share on demand content with friends and family during, or following your events.

2. Most global CDNs set the time zone of their "CDN clock" to the worldwide standard of UTC (XXX). This means that views and bandwidth usage are tracked in UTC time. This can lead to certain viewing stats of live-streams happening during evening hours of the Americas showing up on the following day, as they already occur on the following day at UTC - which is between 5 and 8 hours ahead of the most populated time zones on the North, Central and South American continents.
