Why is my subscription automatically extended after the initial subscription period?

Lightcast.com is an automated SaaS (Software as a Service) service. In order to ensure continuity, renewals solidify 30 days prior to anniversary dates.

Therefore, unless you tell us you'd like to discontinue the service, at the end of your minimum commitment period, and each extended subscription period thereafter, your subscription will continue at the same rate and for the same amount of time as the initial period, and you will be automatically charged to the card on file (or an invoice will be sent to your account email address ahead of time if you pay via check or wire transfer).
